The Director’s Tools – new International Directing Programme with Jurij Alschitz

Open in browser Masterclass with Jurij Alschitz

early bird offer until 31 December!

Masterclass with Jurij Alschitz in February in Berlin (or online)

There are many ways of becoming a director …

This unique hybrid training programme is designed
… for those who have decided to pursue a directing career,
… for all directors, theatre educators, actors and playwrights with professional experience, who wish to enhance their practical skills.

Dr Jurij Alschitz opens with the course The Director’s Tools the new flexible, ongoing International Directing Programme of the World Theatre Training Institute.

Here, he conveys the elementary knowledge of directing in its comprehensive meaning – as a world view, as an art, as a craft and as a tool.

The Director’s Tools course is about the director’s instrumentarium at the preparation stage, i.e. the underlying methodology for all artistic decisions, especially text analysis and strategies on how to work with the actors.

11 February 15-18:00 UTC+1
