Die Pandemie zwingt uns alle, neu zu denken. Die Digitalisierung ist pl\u00f6tzlich schneller in den Theaterakademien angekommen, als wir es uns je vorgestellt h\u00e4tten. Zuvor als Expertenkolloquium geplant, \u00f6ffnet die Online-Konferenz das Thema nun einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Publikum.<\/p>\n

Gemeinsam laden das World Theatre Training Institute und das ITI\/UNESCO Network for Higher Education in Performing Arts<\/a> <\/strong><\/span>Kolleg*innen zum Gedankenaustausch ein.<\/h4>\n

Eine sich ver\u00e4ndernde Welt verlangt nach einem Sinneswandel. In diesem Moment begreifen wir mehr denn je, dass wir eine<\/em> Welt sind, und dass Theater als Einheit gedacht alle Kulturen und alle Methoden umfasst, die von der n\u00e4chsten Generation entdeckt werden wollen. Der Austausch und die Entwicklung von tragf\u00e4higen Vorschl\u00e4gen f\u00fcr neue Unterrichtsformen und Inhalte wird zu einer dringenden Notwendigkeit.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel<\/h3>\n

Ziel der Konferenz ist es – \u00fcber Notfalll\u00f6sungen hinaus – Perspektiven f\u00fcr die Theaterausbildung zu er\u00f6ffnen. Es ist an der Zeit, eine sich langfristig ver\u00e4ndernde Realit\u00e4t zu akzeptieren, die mit einem sich ebenfalls \u00e4ndernden Verst\u00e4ndnis der Lern- und Lehrpraxis einhergeht.<\/p>\n

Digitality<\/em> ist nicht eine Frage der technischen, sondern der kulturellen Kompetenz. Heute stehen wir vor der Notwendigkeit, Bildung neu zu definieren.<\/span> Der Bildungsprozess erfordert die Innovation von Inhalten und Methoden. <\/span>Wie stellen wir uns die Zukunft der Lehre vor?<\/span> Wie beeinflusst die digitale Denkweise den schauspielerischen Prozess, die B\u00fchnenpr\u00e4senz, die Dramaturgie, sowie die methodischen Werkzeuge f\u00fcr die k\u00fcnstlerische Entwicklung?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen des Online-Trainings sind nicht die technischen Fragen, sondern die vollst\u00e4ndige Ver\u00e4nderung der Lehrmethodik und die Art und Weise, wie Wissen generiert werden kann. Die aktuellen Fragen der Selbstbildung verlangen nicht nur Online-L\u00f6sungen zur klassischen eigenst\u00e4ndigen Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die B\u00fchne; sie er\u00f6ffnen vielmehr eine neue Perspektive: die Kompetenz der Studierenden, sich als K\u00fcnstler*innen selbst zu erschaffen.\u00a0<\/p>\n
